For best freshness, please enjoy your order within 2–5 days of receiving your parcel, unless otherwise stated. Store all products in an airtight container at cool room temperature.

In hot weather or heatwave conditions, you may need to refrigerate your cookies. However, we do not usually recommend refrigeration for cookies as it can dry them out and affect their texture and flavour.
