We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery as standard, with orders typically arriving within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, dispatch times may be extended by an additional day.
Our freshly made items — including Whole Cookie Pies, Whole Cookie Slabs, Mini Slabs, Loaded Cookies, and Dipping Boxes — are baked to order. We aim to prepare these within 24 hours of receiving your order when placed between Monday and Thursday.
All individual items, including Cookie Pie Slices, Cookie Bar Slices, Rocky Roads, Classic Cookies, Hot Cookie Dough Trays, and Deep Dish Cookies, are dispatched as soon as possible.
Please note:
- We are closed over the weekend.
- Baking days are Monday to Friday.
- Dispatch days are Tuesday to Friday.
- Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday.
Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be baked fresh until the following week and will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Standard delivery is £4.50. Free delivery is available on orders over £40.
Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding our delivery options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Due to the fast-paced nature of our picking and packing process, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If your order has already been baked especially for you, it cannot be cancelled.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for breakages that occur during transit, as these cannot be claimed through Royal Mail. We carefully wrap all orders to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition, however, parcels can occasionally have a rough journey in transit.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer refunds for lost or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. They're best enjoyed within 2-5 days of delivery for optimum freshness and texture.
Yes! Our cookies freeze beautifully. Wrap them individually or place in a freezer bag, and they'll keep for up to 3 months. To defrost, leave them at room temperature for 4-5 hours.
Absolutely! For a freshly-baked taste, warm your cookies in the oven or airfryer at 160°C for 1-3 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds. This makes them deliciously gooey.
Store the tray in the fridge until ready to consume. Eat within 2 days of receiving.
Heating Instructions
OVEN:
Preheat to Gas Mark 4/180°C fan.
Remove cardboard lid, place on baking tray. Bake for 7–8 minutes to achieve hot Cookie Dough heaven!
AIR FRYER:
Bake at 160°C. Remove cardboard lid, place tray in the basket. Heat for 5–6 minutes until piping hot. Check at 5 minutes as air fryers vary.
The majority of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Our Rocky Road and M&Ms Cookies products are not suitable.
Our products are alcohol free.
At this time we are unable to cater for Vegan diets.
Unfortunately we don't currently offer gluten-free cookies. All of our products contain wheat flour and are made in a kitchen that handles gluten-containing ingredients.
All of our cookies contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, and soya. Many also contain nuts and peanuts. All products are made in a kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens.
