All of our products are baked fresh daily, Monday–Friday to ensure the best quality.
Same-Day Dispatch (Tuesday–Friday)
Orders placed before 12pm (Tuesday–Friday) are dispatched the same day for the following items:
- Cookie pie slices
- Cookie bars
- Rocky road slices
- Classic cookies
- Hot cookie dough trays
- Deep dish cookies
- Liquid dipping pots
Made-to-Order Items
The following items are baked fresh to order:
- Whole cookie bar trays
- Whole cookie pies
- Loaded cookies
- Dipping boxes
We aim to dispatch these within 24 hours of receiving your order when placed Monday–Thursday before 2pm.
Weekend Cut-Off
- Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
- We are closed on weekends, so no orders are processed during this time.
Production Schedule
- Baking: Monday–Friday
- Slicing & packing: Tuesday-Friday
Dispatch Days: Tuesday – Friday
Delivery Days: Wednesday – Saturday
